Sunshine Biscuits was an American company that made cookies, crackers, and cereals. They were known for their creative packaging, and many of its products became collector's items. The company also produced special biscuit tins seasonally, which are now highly sought after by collectors.
This particular tin features reproductions of original hand colored lithographs by Currier & Ives - the Flying Cloud Clipper ship from 1852, and the Red Jacket Clipper ship from 1855.
