Welcome to the world of Mehaki Moon Artisan Jewelry.  Simone has been involved in creative endeavors for over 25 years, and has a deep passion for natural materials and handcrafted designs.

Growing up in Brazil, she developed a fascination with native heritage and folklore, particularly the Brazilian "Capim Dourado", a unique local grass woven by indigenous tribes.  This natural product grows exclusively in the northern part of Brazil and is harvested only once a year.  The grass is 100% natural, has a bright shiny golden color that will not dull over time, and is strong, light and durable.
